This well appointed non-smoking self-catering apartment, refurbished and refurnished, is in the 3rd district just a 5 minute ride away from Schwedenplatz on tram "1", into the heart of Vienna. Good facilities and connections, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a tram stop at the end of Hetzgasse. The apartment is very near the famous Hunderwasserhaus, and within walking distance of the Prater. It's on the ground floor in a quiet location with all windows facing the private inner courtyard.
The City Airport Train runs from Vienna Airport to Wien-Mitte Station - 5 minutes on foot from our apartment. The CAT staff can also provide you with a taxi from the station to our door.
The accommodation consists of 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, then theres a well-equipped kitchen / dining area with seating for 4, and finally a living area with two big sofas, one of which converts to a double bed, plus a desk with an office chair if you need to work. The living area has Cable TV, DVD player, CD Player and free wireless internet access. The kitchen has everything necessary : hob, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, kettle and coffee machine. The brand new bathroom has a bath/shower as well as a washbasin and toilet. We can also provide a high-chair and travel cot for babies.
There are no additional charges - our prices include bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, water, local taxes, local representative, wireless internet, cable TV and final cleaning.
